POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As the Agency Account Coordinator for King & Columbus, you must be extremely driven and organized with the ability to see complex tasks through to completion under tight deadlines. The Account Coordinator will work with our team to satisfy our clients’ marketing and advertising initiatives and goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Sales & Strategy Teams to develop timelines, creative materials and digital assets
    Develop and maintain a production timeline for each production job through workflow management software
    Be familiar with all contractual agreements and billing with Clients, vendors and other partnerships to ensure scope of services is fulfilled every month
    Assist with proofing process of all client creative or published assets
    Develop meeting content and help with client presentations, proposals, performance reviews
    Stay current on all digital marketing trends including (but not limited to): social media, search engine marketing, video advertising, website development trends & best practices, search engine optimization
    Thoroughly understand digital tools for websites such as Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, My Business Listings, schema markup, and post/page creation using WordPress
    Thoroughly understand social media platforms and uses for each including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and the advertising platforms for each
    Assist in managing the social media advertising and marketing strategy and fulfillment for our social media platforms
    Assist with the launch of any new clients
    Anticipate Clients’ needs to keep the Agency at the forefront of client marketing efforts
    Report monthly campaign performance, including: web and digital media analytics, search performance, social platform performance, and traditional media run dates
    Provide strategic guidance to SEM, Social Media, Website, and Creative Teams during advertising plan development
    Manage vendor relationships and oversee fulfillment for any 3rd party products utilized by the Agency
    Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements, minimum education level, and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or other related field preferred
    0-3 years of experience in digital marketing or agency related services preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong writing, presentation and client-facing communication skills
    Excellent multi-tasking, networking, time management and interpersonal skills
    Proficiency in worksheet and document generation software (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, MS Office) and Agency’s internal software and/or other third-party systems used by the Agency.

Physical Requirements: Close eye work, sitting, walking, standing, light to moderate lifting 15-30 pounds (per safety policy).
